How do invites work?

The organiser creates a trip in the app and shares its link (on WhatsApp or anywhere). Friends with the app join directly. Friends without the app tap the link, type their name and answer in the browser in about two minutes.

Is my budget private?

Yes. Your exact budget is stored encrypted and read only by the planner. The group sees a rounded band that works for everyone and counts like "fits 5 of 6 budgets", never your numbers.

I answered in the browser. Can I move to the app?

Yes. Install Tripollo, then open the same personal link on your phone (or paste it under "I answered on the web"). Your answers move into the app.

What is the recovery code?

Tripollo has no passwords. Your recovery code (Settings → Recovery code) moves your trips to a new phone. Keep it somewhere safe. Each code works once; after a restore you get a new one.

Are the prices and plans exact?

No. Costs, travel times and plans are estimates to help the group decide. AI-suggested plans are labelled. Check prices and timings before booking.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web: open your personal link and choose "Delete my answers". Or email us.
